Nature of Services
I provide Android game development services only. My services are limited to project planning, feature implementation, testing, and delivery of Android builds (APK or AAB) based strictly on confirmed written scope and milestone agreements.
I do not provide:
- Publishing services
- App store submission services
- Marketing or promotion services
- Ranking or ASO services
- Advertising campaign management
- Monetization consulting
- Business growth guarantees
No Performance Guarantees
I do not guarantee:
- Google Play Store approval
- App rankings
- Number of downloads
- Revenue generation
- Advertising results
- User engagement outcomes
- Account approval or retention
All development work is limited to technical implementation only. Store approval decisions, user growth, monetization success, and policy enforcement actions are controlled by third-party platforms and are outside my control.
No Affiliation Statement
GameQuest and Talha are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Google LLC, Google Play, or any other app marketplace or platform provider. All platform names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Restricted Categories
I do not develop, support, or participate in:
- Gambling applications
- Betting platforms
- Real-money gaming systems
- Casino-style wagering software
- Policy-violating applications
- Illegal or restricted software
- Apps intended to bypass platform policies
Any project request falling into restricted or policy-violating categories will be declined.
Client Responsibility
Clients are fully responsible for:
- Ensuring compliance with Google Play policies
- Managing their developer accounts
- Submitting applications to app stores
- Maintaining account standing
- Marketing and monetization strategy
- Compliance with local laws and regulations
I am not responsible for account suspensions, store rejections, policy enforcement actions, or business outcomes.
Milestone & Payment Policy
All projects follow a milestone-based workflow. A milestone is considered completed once its agreed deliverables are delivered and approved. Payments are non-refundable after milestone completion and approval.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for:
- Store rejection decisions
- Account suspension or termination
- Revenue loss
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Third-party service failures
- Business interruptions
